Terms and Conditions

At Just Hardware Sound, we aim to deliver the highest quality products on the market. Because of this, the vast majority of customers will never have any issues with Just Hardware Sound products or the ordering process. Customer satisfaction is also our highest priority, therefore, we try to make our terms and conditions, and policies as transparent as possible.

Delivery

• All products sold by Just Hardware Sound are digitally delivered, via internet download only. They are NOT available on any tangible or physical media, such as CD, DVD, USB flash drive, or floppy disk.

• Paypal will automatically redirect customers to their download page, immediately after successful payment, on virtually any modern electronic device. If your device does not get redirected to your download page, do not attempt to perform a second transaction. Please contact Just Hardware Sound with information about your transaction. Just Hardware Sound will email you your download link. 
  
  

Ordering

• Please contact Just Hardware Sound with any questions before making your purchase, not after.

• To minimize refund requests, we urge that you double-check your order before purchasing. Make sure the product you’re ordering is compatible with your operating system and software you own, and that you understand how the installation process works. We reserve the right to refuse any refund requests and will not be held at fault for customer mishaps.

• We also recommend checking your previous orders before completing a transaction to confirm that you do not purchase any Just Hardware Sound products twice. 

• During Paypal checkout, please do not press any buttons more than once, unless you have logged into your Paypal account, and verified that your payment wasn't already sent. If you are not sure, please feel free to contact Just Hardware Sound.

•  Due to Paypal's policy, once a payment is sent, it cannot be cancelled, and Paypal will not refund its transaction fee.

Returns and Cancellations 

• Although you are guaranteed to receive all of your files, due to the nature of our products (non-tangible irrevocable goods), all digitally delivered products from Just Hardware Sound are NOT eligible for return or refund. All sales are final. This policy is consistent with many other companies that sell digitally delivered products throughout the Internet. 

• The customer may at any time cancel their order before payment has been sent.

Technical Issues

• We thoroughly check all our products before we put them up for sale. Since all preset/sample files are simply copied directly from the actual musical instrument and pasted into the customers' file download location, any issues that occur are likely to be on the customer’s end. We’ll do our best to help resolve any technical issues, but beyond that, there’s little we can do in terms of refunding.

• Each product page includes a demo video where Just Hardware Sound downloads the same file as customers, and demonstrates it on the corresponding musical instrument. This video acts as proof that the files will work, when successfully and correctly installed.

• Because of the wide variety of operating systems, computer software, manufacturer firmware revisions, and computer hardware that exists, the successful installation of products from Just Hardware Sound is the full responsibility of the customer.

Vintage Equipment

• If your musical instrument is more than 20 years old, Just Hardware Sound considers this "vintage equipment". Vintage equipment may be dependent on obsolete media (like floppy disks) for installation, obsolete programs, or may/may not work easily with modern computers or operating systems. Vintage equipment may have hidden faults, that can require service, to be able to fully work again. Obsolete media can have bad sectors, or may not work any more, and will require finding new old stock media, if available in your area. These hidden faults may affect your ability to load presets/samples from Just Hardware Sound, or presets/samples from other sources.

•  You are responsible for verifying the working condition of your vintage equipment and/or obsolete media before purchase. Refunds will not be allowed, if your vintage equipment and obsolete media isn't working correctly due to old age or wear and tear.

Refunds and Duplicate Orders

• Please refer to our returns and cancellations policy above.

• If you purchase an item twice by accident, you are responsible for contacting Just Hardware Sound immediately.

• We reserve the right to refuse any refund requests. Just Hardware Sound reserves the right to choose between a full refund, a partial refund, or no refund. 

• Refund requests due to technical/computer issues or insufficient technical/computer skills on the customer's end will not be accepted. Please make sure you know how to successfully get presets or samples onto your musical instrument, before purchase.

• Our products are fully tested before being put up for sale, and are used frequently by our many customers. Any refund requests claiming files which are incomplete, defective, incompatible, not as described, etc, will require proof through the use of enough solid evidence, provided by the customer, to fully satisfy Just Hardware Sound.

• When you use Paypal to purchase items from Just Hardware Sound, Just Hardware Sound does not receive the full amount you send to Paypal. This is because Paypal keeps a certain portion of the original amount you send, which is called the "Paypal transaction fee". The Paypal transaction fee is already included in all prices you see as a customer, the price you see is the price you pay. However, by Paypal's policy, the Paypal transaction fee is not refundable in any circumstance. At Just Hardware Sound, a "full refund" means that you will be refunded the full amount that Just Hardware Sound has actually received from Paypal.

Abuse of Policies

• Just Hardware Sound reserves the right to retain a copy of all communication between Just Hardware Sound and the customer, which may be released to Paypal or authorities, in case of suspected fraud or abuse of policies. Falsifying information, ignoring requests for more evidence, or intentionally withholding any information, will result in Just Hardware Sound automatically denying any possible refund.

• You may not redistribute or share any Just Hardware Sound files on any website or resell them. All Just Hardware Sound products are only for your individual use, or only for the use of your own organization. Please contact us if you see our files on another website. 

Data Loss

• We suggest that all customers back up their orders on a separate hard drive or cloud system to protect against loss of products purchased from Just Hardware Sound. In the unlikely event of a failed, lost, or broken hard drive, Just Hardware Sound will replace download links for a previous order only after being provided with proof of purchase from the customer. This is applicable to all orders made within a one week period, any purchases of a later date than one week will not be covered.

By submitting a payment for a product from Just Hardware Sound, you acknowledge that you have read, have understood, and agree to all of the terms and conditions on this page. 

• All repairs and modifications are done at your own risk. Performing work on electrical devices requires certain precautions to ensure your physical safety, and also to ensure your equipment does not get damaged. Just Hardware Sound is not responsible for damage caused to you or your equipment by reading these articles.
